Die-Making

We are die-making experts, producing 2,000 cutting dies and 1,400 stripping tools a year. Our die-making operation is an independent business center within AGI/Klearfold Europe.  Along with our Cylinder Department, it gives us complete control of all preliminary stages of packaging production. 

All of our products conform to ISO 9001:1994, and we are equipped with state-of-the art technologies—including  Computer Added Design (CAD) work stations; the IMPACT system; laser-cut machinery; LINBENT, our modular rule processing center; a broach and bending system for the smallest bending radii and critical knife points; a CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) counter cutting system for steel counter plates in different routing depths; and automatic bending of knife and rule.
