Is there a guarantee on my product(s)?

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies (by the Dutch law). The legal guarantee means that a product is or must be what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. This warranty applies to both the wallpaper and accessories.

All the wallpaper is custom made, the custom wallpaper with a user photo and the standard images. It is not possible to return wallpaper with your own photo. We cannot sell this anymore. However, if you are not satisfied with the photo wallpaper with your picture, please contact us for a reasonable solution. The photo wallpaper with the standard images is still possible for us to sell, although it is a custom size. Depending on the issues, you have the right to return this wallpaper.

The wallpaper I received is damaged or not correctly produced.

Wallgroup strives for excellent quality. We print our wallpaper on high quality and solid PVC-free non-woven wallpaper. For printing, we use non-scented water-based inks. If there are any problems with the wallpaper, we will provide a suitable solution. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Something may have happened to your product during the production process or transport. Due we check every print, it could be possible that the print is not correct. We advise you to verify that everything is in order as soon as your product arrives. Roll out the wallpaper on the floor and see if it as you ordered. Put the panels in order and check if the print matches the image on the website. Check any ordered accessories.

For our products, there is a trial period of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it. You should handle the wallpaper with care, and when returning the wallpaper, please return it in its original packaging if this is reasonably possible. The product must be complete and undamaged. Do not forget to mention your order number, name, address, and telephone number. After receiving your order back in good condition, we will refund the order.

I received my wallpaper, but unfortunately, this doesn't look like the picture. What can I do with this?
